The frame and birdcage will be badly rusted.......just understand that. Still a 69, complete car......its a project worth restoring. IMO.

Wow!... You are looking at a ton of $$ to restore this car. Just about everything needs to be redone... and I'm not even thinking about the birdcage and basic frame.
