Rear parking brake cable install
Looked all through the posts and didn’t find this.
Can the rear parking cable be installed with the hubs on? Really trying to avoid tearing it all apart.

I just installed a new cable a few weeks ago; did it with the caliper in place too. It's a little finicky getting the ball into the lever arm but can be done. It helps to have ample cable extending from the casing and the spring slid toward the casing. Once you get the ball engaged into the lever, keep tension on the cable with your hand as you slide the spring into place. If you don't keep tension on the ball, it'll come out of the lever very easily as you slide the spring and will have to start over. Once the spring is in place the ball won't disengage from the lever.
