Yet another headlamp vacuum question
I've researched many old threads and just can't seem to find one to help me on this one. This pertains to a 1976 car. Headlamps both open well upon main switch actuation. When shutting down the vehicle and headlamps the drivers side goes down as intended but the passenger side stays open.

I just had a relay fail that was less than a year old......they are garbage
