Default Motor mount troubles

So I'm in the process of removing my engine for a rebuild and there's on bolt keeping me stuck. The mount on the driver side refuses to come loose. First I tried the long bolt that holds the mount to the frame, it'll spin freely but nothing will bust the nut off the other end. After that failed, I tried to just get the bolts in the block. The two on either side were easy, but I can't get a socket on the locked on in the middle. I've tried lifting the engine, lowering the engine, and PB blaster on the mechanism; but nothing seems to work. Is there a specific method I'm missing or is it time to bust out a torch?

P.S. the middle bolt came out with no issues on the passenger side when the other side of the car was on a jack stand, the reverse doesn't seem to work on the driver side.

IF you can get a long chisel against the head of the middle bolt and tap the chisel fairly hard with a hammer it may loosen the bolt enough so you can remove it.
***You want the sharp edge of the chisel to contact the SIDE of the bolt head in order to force it to unscrew when you hit the chisel with a hammer.
OR...you can cut off the nut on the long bolt with a hack saw or cut-off wheel.

Remove the bolt and nut here (from this hole) and the engine can now be removed.

On my 75 the bolt head is on the back and the nut is on the front. It is a 9/16 head and it looks like a jam nut. Difficult to get to with the power steering in place. Tons of room if there’s no power steering pump and lines in your way. Or if you can get a socket on it and it is spinning, go get a 14 mill six point socket, a tiny bit smaller than 9/16. This is not a bolt the corrodes down too often. Like exhaust bolts would. So I couldn’t see needing to go any more drastic than that. I think it’s just you got the power steering pump in the way and you don’t really have room to get in there.

either a cutting wheel on a grinder or a sawzall and cut the through bolt. Get the motor out then heat up the last bolt on the motor mount to get it out. If you can get a nut splitter in the the nut do that...hat ever is the fastest and easiest way to get it out so you can move on quickly with out burning down the car
