I rebuilt my calipers using CSSB Inc.'s high-heat O-ring kits. They only sell on eBay now, but are still in business. There are lots of other choices, and you need to decide if you want O-rings, or original-style lip seals.
In order for any of the kits to work, you'll likely need to start with calipers that have already been rebuilt professionally, using stainless sleeves. You won't know until you open the calipers, but it is very likely to be the case.

I went with CSSB's complete brake kit with SS lined calipers and Hawk pads, SS lines, master cylinder, drilled rotors, SS emergency brake parts, clips, brass block, etc, basically a complete system less booster (I bought the booster later on since it, too, was toast). Turned out great, absolutely zero issues. Best $1500 I've spent on my car so far.

In answer to the original question. Yes. both in stock form and in updated O-ring form. almost all Corvette parts vendors will have these kits.
