GM Part number descriptions
Welcome to the Forum! 69s are a good year.
This site http://www.gmpartswiki.com/ will let you search for GM parts by GM number, and will show as results the different car line (or standard parts) catalogs where the part was used, along with it's description.
When you've identified the description of fasteners, you can often find them sold at AMKproducts.com or McMaster-Carr, mcmaster.com. You may have to buy some in bulk quantities, but those two sources are great for all kinds of hard-to-find widgets.
Good luck with your car; post some pics!

PS - I should have added - check ebay for something called 'GM Standard Parts Catalog', and also for 'Corvette Parts and Illustration Catalog'. The P&A catalog will have many editions; buy the earliest one available that covers the 1969 model year.
