1975 corvette tachometer problem
First time posting so not Sure it’s supposed to be a new thread or not. I have so many problems or fixes left on this car that I just bought. It’s got a 454 motor that was installed before I bought it. Was upgraded with fuel injection also. Tach isn’t working. The board had some dark spots so I put a new one on. Still doesn’t work. I put w power probe to the 3 piece wiring connector while running the car. Only one lit up. Ok I’m not good at electronics. Just trying to learn. Is this normal or should at least two light up the probe?

New tachometer installed doesn’t work!!Video of tach filter (help!!!!)
I bought a new tachometer. Before I installed it, I tested it by connecting to the car. It worked. I put it all together and installed into dash. Turned on car, didn’t work. Checked the plug and the wire is not getting power anymore. Below is a video of the test on the filter. Any help is greatly appreciated.
