Interior Door Handles
Are there any any alternatives to the weak interior door handles for the C3? Would like something beefier and larger so I can at least get my hand thru it. Suggestions please...

There aint really any alternatives, maybe swapping 80s doors for 70s ones.

Corvettes first used the plastic in 65- then used the metal ones in 66-67.
68 used a different design and then in 69 went back to the cheap plastic ones first tried in the 65- and it ran through 77.
So look for the 66-67 - unfortunately they ain't cheap!

Al Knoch Interiors sells them and so does Corvette Central.
I ordered a set from Al Knoch a few weeks ago.
Due to COVID, their supplier is out of stock and Corvette Central told me the same thing.
Al Knoch told me they should be getting some soon so I'm waiting.
