Putting manifold back on I noticed the vacuum fitting in front of the thermostat was broken - my car is a 79 automatic with cruise - zip corvette shows a 3 port replacement - I have a 2 port fitting on the car - 2 port replacement appears to be 74/75 - is this the correct replacement for my part?
The 2 port TVS switch is correct for the EGR valve.
A 3 port TVS switch is located in the thermostat housing and goes to the EFE actuator. The lower port of the 3 port switch is a exhaust port and is generally open to atmosphere.
You do not need a exhaust port for the EGR valve to function correctly.

Your 2 port Zip switch part says it fits 78-80
Or you could go to your local auto parts store and have them cross to another manufacture like Standard Motor Products #PVS27
Or order from Rockauto and maybe save a few bucks
