1977 Vette won’t start
Stumped. My vette was running fine. I parked it and went back out 15 minutes later and nothing. Would not crank and not power at all ,acted like a dead battery. I have 12 volts at the battery, 12 volts at the alternator and starter. I checked all the grounds including the one underneath on the frame. If I jump the starter the engine will turn over, but won’t start. I am thinking maybe the ignition switch next? I did notice , when I turn the ignition, the metal rod to the switch does not move, I believe it should? Any help is appreciated.
