Default 3963512 block with suffix code BL ???
so i have this engine late 427 or early 454 and cant find the BL code anywhere... the engine came out of a Race boat. it is a E 14 9 date with 3919840 heads E 12 9 dates on them

Any chance it is a restamped block? There is an LB code for 1969. Maybe the restamper was dyslectic?

thats the second BL suffix I've seen no restamp and I was thinking yes a LB code maybe.
