1978 Power Window Regulator Rivets

I’m trying to remove and replace my window regulator, but the screws that hold in the regulator appear to actually be rivets I think with a weird flower type backing. Does anyone know how to get these off without having to drill through them.

I always knocked that center post out, then used a 1/4 drill. I suppose you could use a cutoff wheel and grind the head off and then push them out.

Automatic center punch does a quick job knocking out the mandrel. Leaves a free hand to hold regulator still.
