Default What is this and how do you adjust them?

This whatever it's called is hitting the window. I'm thinking a block of wood and a good whack with a hammer. The passenger side is good.

Be aware. They are attached to the weatherstripping channel with 2 small aluminum pop rivets. It won’t take much to screw that up.

Thanks but I already took care of it with my molecular adjustment tool (hammer) and everything is fine.
