78, I am changing out the shift detent plate on the shifter. Got the kit from Shiftworks, anyway in the picture you will see a clear plastic bushing? You can see it worn, since I have this apart, I'd like to replace it. No idea of what it's call or were even begin to look for one.

That 'ear' isn't parallel as you can see. Therefore the bushing is inclined to twist moving the lever forward/backward. Maybe bend it 'straight' if you can.
