I'm just starting the process of replacing my floor pans which I am doing while I have the body off the frame. But to do so I need to remove the fiberglass piece under the door (in picture) to cut the old floor out and weld the new one in. If anyone knows the best way to remove the fiberglass piece in the area please let me know.
