Found a nice 1978 corvette for sale with a 383 stroker, no rust. However, the headlights, horn, and wipers are not installed and need wiring (parts come with the car). My question is, how difficult is it to wire these up? Im new to working on electrical on cars but am willing to put in the time to learn.
Car runs and drives - not too sure why he hasn't installed - then again the car is most definitely a work in progress (paint is faded/needs a bit of body work)

Its not a big deal if its the stock harness, you can get it in easily from underneath the car. There is a junction block on the fire wall and it runs down the drivers side fender. It is a little work getting it through the radiator support but again....there a lot harder things to do on the car.
If all of that stuff is out, and you are comfortable doing electrical work, you have a golden opportunity to wire the headlights correctly.
Instead of letting all of the current flow through the headlight switch, install relays to power the lights. You'll end up with much brighter lights. If all of the vacuum stuff has been removed too, consider switching to electric actuators. @Richard454 sells a kit to do this.
But I also wonder why this wasn't already done. Is that all that is missing on this car? And have you pulled the kickpanels, and really inspected under the car, to see that it is rust-free?

I have seen under the car and looks to be completely clean with no rust. Yea that is the main thing that needs to be done as well as radio/speakers need to be installed. Paint is faded as well and needs new tires
