I have the 1978 silver anniversary vette. Is there a good place to order the silver paint touch up for this vehicle?
Be forewarned that any off the shelf paint is just about guaranteed to be a mismatch to 40 year old paint. It is/was made to a factory standard shade (hopefully) with no consideration to fading and wear since the car was painted last. Also, the chemistry of paints has changed significantly, so unless the car has modern paint (in the last 15-20 years) this will create another obstacle for matching. You may get away with it for small chips, but anything larger really requires color matching by an experienced paint mixer and spraying by a painter with vast experience matching the texture and gloss of the old finish. If you need to go with a custom mix, call a few body shops and auto paint suppliers to find the service.

I thought some more on this: If you buy the off-the-shelf color and it doesn't match to an acceptable level, then all you'd have to do is try again. Are you looking to use a bottle brush sort of applicator, rattle can, or spray gun? Doing the repair yourself or hire out? Can you post some pics of the worst scratches?
If you are looking for paint to do touch up work then find a Sheraton Williams AUTO PAINT Store. You can take your car to them and they use a special camera that identifies the color and tells the computer which tint colors to use. I think it ran about $ 35 and since who knows what the exact brand/color/paint my 73 has, this was a very good match.
