'nother "No Reverse Lights" thread

Car is a 1972 A/T
I very recently rewired the entire car with the Lectric Limited harnesses. All connections are installed except the dash components / console as I'm putting new carpet in also, so the entire center console, shifter console, gauges, speedo, etc. are out of the car. Testing all my lights revealed that my backup lights do not work. All other lights are fine.
My reverse lights never worked before the new wiring, so I figured adding a new neutral safety switch, along with the shiny new harnesses would do the trick. NOPE!
Bulbs (LED) have been checked, fuses are good (new), a test light revealed no power at all to the rear light sockets OR to the green or pink wires on the NSS when the shifter was moved to Reverse. The pin and the tang on the NSS are properly aligned as well.
Does the fact that I don't have all the wiring to my console / dash / gauges have anything to do with this, like something is not grounded?
The wire would go to the plug on the signal flasher keeps going as a pink wire to the NSS/REV switch where it comes out as a light green that runs out to the lights. The housings for those are grounded by wire to the rear along with the turn and marker lights

As Mooser said...start at the fuse and double check to make sure there is 12V on both ends of the new fuse...then trace the wire that supplies voltage to the NSS SWITCH....ETC to the rear harness.
