Ditto here too. Use lots of PB blaster/acetone-trans fluid and notch the bushing a few places and then peel the bushing lip up and I finally landed on using this
to grab the outside edges of the bushing and twist it out.
I suggest that when you notch the bushing, you want to try and make sure you do
NOT cut into the actual trailing arm itself to avoid creating stress risers. I use this mini hacksaw to carefully cut the notches.

You really don’t need to remove those unless they are rusted or damaged. They don’t wear because there is nothing but rubber contacting them. Just slip the sleeves off your replacement (rubber please, NO poly) bushings and put into the existing sleeves that are pressed into your trailing arms.
