.
....If your looking for values, look only at completed sales, otherwise its only a guess.
.
Asking prices and actual selling prices are not even on the same planet,,,,

For anyone who might have knowledge:

For actual sales that have been completed, what percentage of the asking price do you think the sellers have been willing to accept? ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,70%, 80%, 90%

Hard to get an answer!!!!

I haven’t looked at the app in a while but when I was in the market I thought that it might have been one of the more accurately priced one.

Obviously the range can be quite large and the classification can be subjective but I think it puts you close.

I think when people look at Hemmings for example that is a problem since that’s what people insure their car not necessarily what they paid for it.

Good luck Ike

Perhaps you are setting the app to the Driver or even Excellent category and the seller thinks they have a Show category car?

honestly Corvette DNA seems to be low for C3s. I looked up my 2 68s- and its low for both. i say its low because the one i sold it has for 5-8k less than I actually sold it for a few months ago and the one I still own it (which is an L79) it has for less than i sold the base engine car for.
