What is the best all weather cover to protect the finish.

Car Cover

Waiting on a storage unit to come open. Would this protect car sitting on concrete drive way??

I have never used one outside but it does say "All Weather", they are not cheap. I would op for a good lined cover and plastic trap over that for added protection from rain.

Tarp will trap moisture under it.
a good 4 to 5 layer cover that is fleece lined will be good.

Whatever you use for outside protection, it has to be securely held down or the wind flapping it will beat the hell out of your paint, I don't care what material the inside is made of.

Put a sheet of plastic, like a painters drop sheet, on the ground and park the car on top. Worst thing you can do is park a car on grass for long periods.

I agree. I put the same drop sheet under my 71 when garaged (on concrete) and it is amazing how much moisture is trapped under the plastic sheet. The advice came from another member on this forum and I thank him/her for the great advice.
