Looks like all including tachometer when ignition switch is in the start or on position.
The pink wire labeled #11 on the PCB board drawing is circuit 39 ignition start or on.
#6 clock orange wire is hot always...

Remember those printed circuit boards are some 45 years old and do break down. Look for disruptions on the copper paths, burnt, cracked, or missing copper. We have seen them on the tach circuit boards.
