Molded into the end of the door weather strip just behind where those arrows are there

In the aim it is part #466661 and called panel assembly. Paragon has it listed as 466661u and calls it a door assembly but need to call. It doesn't appear to be a popular part for sale on the internet.

If you are buying new weatherstripping that piece is embedded in the rubber as Mooser stated so no need to go chasing.
