Default Engine Vin question

Looking at a big block chevelle today without the original engine in it and I can’t really figure out what I’m looking at. The numbers I see are:

T0219jk
19B360748

1969 Chevelle 396, 325 HP, TH400

Engine Stamping: T0219JK
T=Tonanwanda plant,
0219 = Feb 19th,
JK = 396 L35 325 HP 4 barrel mated to a TH400
