Additional 45 feet of pipe allows exhaust to cool before it enters the side pipes.... no more burnt legs!

Actually can give a good reason. A person wanted to have side pipes and also needed to get it through emissions. Now the car is obviously without the cat but you can see particularly on the rear flange where it was at one point.

It was setting to high, so they needed more weight to settle the suspension.
