Windshield installer recommendation?
I will be replacing my windshield in the next few months.
Anybody have a recommendation for an installer who will get the depth right?
Looking for a shop in Connecticut if possible but would consider Massachusetts or New York.
I've checked with the two local shops, Corvette Center and Corvette Connection.
Neither use damming strips, one may use butyl strips, the other urethane.
Neither shop can guarantee a tight fit to the trim, said they will try,
Does anyone know of a shop in this region which may install using damming strips or will ensure the glass is set to the proper depth?
