Restore interior

Hi Everyone,
I have an 81 and upon replacing my interior carpet. I found a lot of marks on the plastic part of the seats. They are black but have red marks on them. I also have some fading on the trim surrounding the seat belts. I was reading on line there is a dye for them. Does anyone have any experience with this or is it a waste of time/ money. Thank you for any input.

The good quality dies are very good. On plastic you can purchase spray can plastic and vinyl die. VHT stuff seems to work well for me.

yes.. easy.. get a can... works fantastic.. clean well to remove wax and grease, light sprays to keep stipple..
