I think Eastwood sold kit for that at one time. Probably still do.

Not sure if you are looking for someone to do it for you or you want to do it yourself? But, here is a photo of the kit I purchased from DonJer products, to restore my '73 rear storage bin tray a few years ago. I'm pretty sure the company is still in business. Just google it. This is a fairly easy and fun restoration project to do on your own.

It is the rear bin that I need to do,will this cover small imperfections on the surface?

Hate to be the bearer of bad news you really can not fix small patches of missing flock. When I was restoring boxes you need to remove all of the flock then apply the glue and then the flock material. Doing a small area will stand out from the original flock. If you want you can contact me through PM and I could give you hints on how to do a full restoration of the box that would cost no more then doing the piece in flocking.

I used the Flockit Kit to flock the rear window storage shelf that I refurbished in my 1970. I had zero experience flocking beforehand, but it was easy and the result was amazing, probably looking as good or better than new.

Like many projects, the prep is so important. Removing the remnants of the bits of old flock and sanding the surface smooth was key. The flocking stage was a piece of cake.
