1972 Reverse light switch rod clips fall off.
The reverse light switch rod keeps falling off. The little hairpins don't seem to want to do the job and fall off. Is there a better clip I can use.

I’ve just taken some wire and pulled it through and wrapped it a couple of times. Is it right? By the NCRS, nope. But it functions the same way and I don’t get too outta shape if I lose one.
