The MOOG replacement ball joints for my '71 coupe that I got from Rock Auto came with the bolts...
Best I can recall is that they were 1/4" x 1" or 1-1/4". The bolts come up from the bottom of the CA and there is room on the upper nut side if you want to get them a bit longer.
Is it too late to return yours with rivets and get others with the bolts included?

take the rivets to lowes or fastenal. use them to tell you what size shank. grade 5 fine thread. they wouldn't have riveted them if it needed something like grade 8. lowes has a better fastener section than home depot these days.
