michaelis moonroofs
Has anyone had these moonroofs made by a private company in the early to mid 70s? I picked up a pair in excellent shape had them refinished but see the center locating pin setup is the exact opposite of regular t tops these ones used are made of backalite and after 50 years are crumbling anyone got a solution on this issue??? thanks

I don’t have an answer for you, but the tops were marketed by Terry Michaelis. In the 1970’s he operated a Corvette Parts Company in the Toledo Ohio area. He now co owns Proteam Corvette Sales. Possibly if you contact him he may be willing to help you, source parts for the tops.
