I have these 15” wheels on my car and I think they look great but they need a refresh. Im not sure if I should stick with these or go with something like a 17” that is newer. Ive seen wheels that are similar but usually have fewer vanes. Does anyone recognize these wheels?
i think american racing. those are paid for and will compound up pretty nice. maybe hand paint black or argent between the vanes.
Yeah, I thought about hand painting them but I also got a quote to powder coat in between for $125 per wheel. I also thought about going like a dark bronze but these may be the wrong wheels for that.

Simple and easy to just mask the peremeter and spray the entire center fin section. When dry take a rag with lacquer thinner and wipe to top of the fins.
I had a set of ET mags years ago that looked that.
I just looked at the ET site (Team 3 wheels), and they no longer show their version of the "turbine" wheel, so it was no help. But when I first saw the wheels in the picture, I thought either Western or ET...........OR one of the numerous "off brand, knock offs", that were being marketed, back in the late 70s-early 80s. I used to have a "side hustle", selling custom wheels and tires, and was rather amazed at all of the "off brand" stuff out there.
One other thing, with respect to the wheels in the picture, I'd say, with 99.9% certainty, that they aren't American Racing wheels...........
What is the official name for ET wheels? Does it stand for something?
IIRC, they originally started in business, making rear wheels for "dragsters", so maybe it was just a play on the criteria of drag racing, an "ET".....
