NCM Insurance. (National Corvette Museum) Best I have found. Adam Boca is a member here. Of course, the real test of any insurance is not the premiums, but what happens when you have a claim.....and fortunately I have not had to make a claim.

Never had any Corvette claim in 40 years so can't speak on how any certain company handled it. I was with American Collectors for a good 20 years but changed to NCM 2 years ago on the recommendations here. I agree with CPassion that Adam Boca is great to work with and excellent communication from everyone at his office. I never felt Am.Collectors was that interested in my business but with NCM it feels different.

If you forum search insurance, you'll get pages and pages of commentary for different companies: NCM, Haggerty, Am. Collectors, some folks insure through their regular carriers like State Farm. I can't recall anyone who flat-out had such a poor claim settlement that they recommended against any certain company.

I have State farm and they use Haggerty's. Luckily haven't had to find out if they are good or bad.

Grundy. Have only had one small claim about thee years ago and it was handled quickly and painless. Reps did a nice job of keeping me informed throughout the process.

Hagerty - National Corvette Museum - Grundy are just a few options and we went with Grundy.

I've used NCM for about 12 years (still do). Prices were really good at the time, and still seem so. Adam is great to work with when I've had questions, etc ..which I haven't had in quite a while. Easy to get a real person on the phone and get a quick answer. I've never had a claim. I haven't heard negative feedback on the forum either, so that's a great sign. One would think, if claims were an issue you'd hear negative feedback on the forums right away, which I have (personally) never seen.

I personally know a couple guys who HAVE had classic car claims (with Hagerty Ins) and they were taken care of promptly and to their satisfaction.

I used to have a Drive-to-work rider with NCM and that was a nice feature at the time. Gives a lot of flexibility.
