205, 225, 235 size tires should fit on The 8” rally wheels with no problems,
it’s when you you get to the 245, 255 sizes that you might experience some rubbing issues. I’m sure others will chime in with their recommendations.
I am using 225/70-15’s on my car with no issues, and it fits in the spare tire carrier.

I think a 205/75 would be on the edge of being too small for an 8" rim
Usually a 215 is referenced as the "minimum" for an 8x15" rim but the F70-15 is close to a 215/70 R15
Not to say it wouldn't work but that's a pretty narrow tire.
