C3 Blinker quit blinking on one side only
I recently noticed that my Rt blinker just stays on when I turn the Right turn signal on. I suspect the blinker relay. Is there one relay for both, or separate relays for Rt and Lt? And where would one find said flasher relay to change it out? TIA

Don't forget the lack of a good solid ground as another way of failure. I would agree that a bad bulb in the other end is the most likely. I found that cleaning all the bulb sockets is a good afternoon project. I used to use a Pencil's Eraser and cleaned the contact and socket. Now I use DeOxIt and clean both surfaces and then reassemble the connections. Doing this after 53 years of operation really helped my old 1968 Corvette's lights shine more brightly. The DeOxIt is the ticket for removing all the corrosion easily.

same blinker for both sides. it uses power draw to blink. a bad bulb or lost ground causes not enough draw to make blinker pop. it is basically a little circuit breaker that pops with enough amps to light a couple of old style bulbs then resets a half second or so later. newer bulbs, especially LED bulbs do not draw enough amps to make the blinker blink.
