one of the few products I can honestly recommend from chemical guys is their "Mat Renew Rubber Cleaner + Protectant"
Works well, cleans well, leaves zero slickness .
I've been using it for several years now and have no need to try to find anything to replace it. Does exactly what I think it should. Price is good and you don't use much, I've gone through 2 bottles in about 4 or 5 years
