Default LPS wire 76 Vette.
This LPS wire is not plugged into anything and hasn’t been for the last 20 sum years. I’m wondering if anybody know what it plugs into if anything at all.

You should remove that wire also. The unprotected spade end is a short waiting to happen.

Glad to see you are sorting out your Mom's '76.

That green plug is a remnant from the "Headlamps On'" warning buzzer.




The red wire with the green plug connects to the "LPS" terminal.

The brown wire connects to the "IGN" terminal.

Here is a new buzzer assembly:
