Thanks for the input. I've heard as much. Would you happen to know if it was the Vega hatchback window that was used? That seems the most likely. I'm looking to duplicate it to gain more luggage space. I use my '72 for road trips!

Good question. That I wouldn’t know. I am pretty sure there is someone out there who is making the parts including the GT rear window area. I think you might find him of the New Jersey Craigslist. He would know what rear window goes with the conversion.

Hey, thanks for the idea/lead. Will try that. The Motion fastback window seems it could have been a GM idea: an inexpensive way to update the car and expand the market because of the increased luggage space. A GT instead of a sports car. Just that Baldwin Motion thought of it first.
