Trailing arm shims
Vansteel rebuilt my diff
new bushings
new ujoints
new shims & bolts
new axle bearings & seals
was remounting the trailing arms and I noticed the shim packs from both sides are completely different thickness’s..and presently the pads are bypassing the bump stops..
I have new SS shims and matched what each side has,but from what I found so far,the last person that worked on this car shouldn’t have..
is there a go to median to start at for alignment..should the rotor sit a certain distance from the frame or is it a guessing game and just shim and measure til you get it..🤔
hopefully I’ll have the rear together this weekend..
Then you need to start checking stuff, and most stuff needs to be done at ride height....
