The Intake material is not what really determines torque values as much as where the Intake Bolts are threaded into, the heads. I have never seen anyone break or crack an Intake but you could strip out the head.
Generally, Iron parts get 30 lbs.
Aluminum get 25 lbs.
Don't over think the torquing. Some of the bolts are not accessible with a torque wrench anyway. Using a universal socket drive throws off true torque readings.
Just get a feel for 25 lbs using a box-end wrench, on the center bolts.
What's more important is the bolt tightening sequence. That can be found on the net.
Bolt threads should get a dab of Permatex Thread Sealant, white plastic tube, AutoZone? maybe? Failure to seal the bolts will ensure oil wicking up the threads from the lifter valley and on to your Intake.
