Default Car lift

I am looking to buy a car lift for personal use. Does anyone familiar with the Quickjack 5000LT?

My first choice would be a two post lift followed up with the Quickjack if you don't have the ceiling clearance for the two post.

I bought mine in August of 2021 and I wish I bought it a lot sooner. Works great.

Love my quick jack!
I do however use large jack stands for longer term projects where I need the car up and I need side access.
Side pipes are a little bit of a pita with quick jacks but not a deterrent to using them!!

I just bought a 4 post lift but have a quickjack if I need to have suspension hanging. I think it is a good combination.

My QJ worked great. Twice. Third time I went to use it one side would not go up. I troubleshooted it to the pump output. I called the QJ people and they would not warranty it because it was over a year old even though I had only used it twice before. I pulled the pump apart to try to see what was wrong but didn't find anything obvious. I guess I have to buy a $500 replacement now.

I got one on Christmas and I haven’t gotten around to putting it together. I was hoping it would fit under a Vette and it looks like that’s the case.

Yep, that's where mine is resting, waiting for spring. And, I also purchased mine from Costco.

I'm using a 5000TLX and love it. Rock solid stable and so convenient for those of us stuck under low ceilings.

Default quick Jack

I first purchased a quickjack and used it on several of my cars. When I moved to a new house with 4 car garage and high ceilings I bought a 4 post lift to work on my car and have the ability to park another car underneath. The quickjack really helps as I can leave the Vette on the 4 post and use the quickjack on the ramps to do suspension, brakes etc.

If one side worked, I'm not sure it's a pump output problem. There is only one pump, correct?

There is one pump motor which attaches to an aluminum block. The block had two output ports. One of them is bad. I swapped lines around and the problem stays with the upper output port.
