For the love of everything on the planet and throughout the universe, if spring doesn't get to upstate NY soon, I am buying 4 treadmills and putting one under each tire to drive my Corvette in the garage.

5 inches of new snow today. The Wrangler is a up for it though. The LS6/4L60E laughs at snow.

I live in northern Wisconsin, we have about 4 feet of snow right now. Supposed to be getting another 6in today and 5in tomorrow....today I stood in my garage and just stared at my car...it's frustrating for sure.

I'm aware I can move but sadly I'm living in Wisconsin until my step daughter turns 18. My wife and her ex have a court order that means we're stuck in this school district until she graduates...

The Wrangler has been a great ride. I bought it as theft recovery from TX about 15 years ago. It had a 4 cylinder and 5 speed. It was so slow. The hood, grille and left front fender were dented. I replaced them but the shop that painted them didn't match the paint very well. So I started picking at the Wrangler and soon I had the body off the frame. Powder coated the frame, added a bunch of used Rubicon stuff. 8.8 Explorer rear end. 410 gears. Then a total repaint. Scope creep to the max. In the winter it goes no farther than the end of my driveway. In the summer it's my daily mall crawler.

We live in the Rockies, and are very thankful for a long, snowy winter this year. We need it to fill the reservoirs. We were getting some more snow Saturday and I mentioned to my wife that 'normally we'd be wishing for Spring right now, but I'm thankful for some more snowpack.' Until mid-April. Then it can stop, and have a slow warm up so we don't have floods.

But, there are always ways to enjoy our C3s in the snow!

If it wasn't for the salt on the roads, I might be into trying that.

This has been a strange winter. I am in northern Maryland near the PA line. Normally we get anywhere from 12-20 inches of snow a year. This year, absolutely none, as in no accumulation at all. It has gone down in the 20s a few times, but no ice either. I could have drove my 69 all winter, but I did use the time to rehab the fiberglass reinforcements in the floor, install new battery cable studs, etc. Still, it is nice to see the flowers blooming again..

Still pushing snow in MT, but it’s pretty normal for March. I turned on my garage heater and warmed it up and started my vette for the first time since October. We are supposed to get above freezing every day this week, so I’m hopeful my road will melt soon.

I have thought about building a plow jeep, but having a lite buggy with lockers is pretty handy here, plus it’s street legal. I have a half mile drive that winds up a hill and it gets a bit sporty even for my buggy.
