Looks a lot like a washer fluid bag. But C3s only used plastic jars, yes? So that would be non-oem if that’s what it is.

Plastic jars were use in non-AC cars, Air Conditioned Vettes used a washer bag. All the space on the passenger is full of AC stuff.

That's a 69-72 windshield washer bag for a car with factory air conditioning. AC equipped 68's used a one year only squarer shaped bag. Starting in 73 the AC bags were eliminated and the same plastic bottles were then used in both AC and non air cars.
