68 fiberboard, 9 slots, polished strip riveted to its front edge. (longer than a 69)
69 (possible very early 70) fiberboard, 9 slots, polished strip riveted to its front edge.
70 through 71e (Mid March), fiberglass with no push button release
71 - 72 fiberglass with the button release

I did the window tray project a couple years ago. I have a 1970 with a 7/28/70 build date which was missing the window tray.

The correct tray for my car was the fiberboard with 9 slots and the polished strip riveted to the front edge, though I wish it was the fiberglass version.

It took awhile to track one down in halfway decent condition along with all the hardware, and it still required a lot of refurbishing to repair damage, clean up the polished edge, paint and flock. It did turn out really well, and does a good job storing the pop out rear window.
