Has anyone changed their dash to something like this?

Are there any kits for it?

just search on bay. Lots of options and most have their own bezels. Some better quality than other but you can find what you are looking for.

Might not be easy with a C3, as most digital dashes like that require OBDII as the data source.

Perhaps LS swap your car first?
