Hi there! I have a 81’ and I’m trying to find some good headers to put on my engine. The only problem is I can’t seem to find any that allow my z-bar to fit so I can have my clutch. Just hoping to get some ideas on where to go or any ideas for how to fix this problem!
Turns out I don't have a picture handy that shows the Z-bar, but here are the headers, with a rebuilt but stock steering box. You can see the ball for the engine side of the Z-bar, which I removed to rebuild while I hung the headers.
There are lots of long-tube headers, both under car and side-pipe, that will work for this and provide Z-bar clearance.

I did some more research and it turns out the headers that came with my 383 were meant for a Camaro. Just ordered some summit racing headers that fit my 81. Thank you for everyone that helped!
