That is an aftermarket piece. Not sure of the manufacturer but I had one just like that in a van I owned. Does it fit in the space at the back edge of your console? I can't think of anywhere that would be large enough of for it to sit. The one I had sat on top of the dog house over the engine compartment in a Dodge.

I bought one of those years ago. Seemed like a good idea at the time. It scratched the heak out of my console. I pitched it in the bin when I replaced the console top.
