Default How do you mount your alternator with headers
I scored these Hooker super competition headers 2134, for $200, off FB Marketplace. I noticed that the original brackets for the alternator are bolted to the exhaust manifold, likewise for AC on passenger side. My question for those running headers, is what bracket or how did you mount your alternator. Pics appreciated.

The two drilled & tapped holes in the front of the drivers side cyl head hold the ALT bracket.
On mine, the header has no effect on the ALT.

If your cylinder head doesn't have the accessory mount holes, these two parts will replace your manifold mounted alternator bracket.

Many years ago I used this in an old Chevy pickup with a 283.
