78 T Top guide plate
I am working on my 78 T tops and have a question about the rear guide plates. Is there supposed to be some type of gasket or sealant between the guide plate and the body? It doesn't show up in the AIM ( as best as I can understand the thing) but it seems to be a perfect place for water to enter into the back of the car. I also know that it is designed to be adjusted once the top is in place but I can't figure out how to seal it and then adjust it. Or adjust it, mark it, then seal it. Or just admit I don't know and ask all of you. Thanks.
