82 fuel pump wiring
OK, it just gets better.
The old fuel pump has two electrical connections marked "+" and "-". The new pump is not marked at all.
One of the black wires going to the pump is coming directly from the condenser. The other black wire going to the pump is coming from a solder on the side of the condenser. I do not know which wire came from where.
So, which is it positive to the condenser and negative to the grounded solder on the side of the condenser, or the other was around. Inquiring minds.
